CRWS hangs up

I can't go with the configuration of the Cisco 831 using the CRWS with IE 6.0. I can open the first page of the configuration, by choosing the language, and after that the IE hangs up and stops responding. I can ping on both directions, from PC to router and from router to PC. Please, do you have any advice?

Hello,

do you have JAVA enabled in your browser ? Check if in your Internet Explorer, in the File menu, the "work offline" option is unchecked.

Same problem here. I ended up switching to SDM instead of CRWS. I never could get it working (at all) past the first page.
