I am trying to upgrade my 11150 and am having some problems. I am at the # prompt and and typing upgrade. What should I put when i am asked 'enter base ftp dir'. i have tried several things but i either get the error , error in script playback 259. it could be a problem with the permissions of the file on the server because i can't ftp the file down to my nt workstation either. any ideas
