CTS signal missing

I have a 2610 router that in connected via frame relay and when doing a sh int s0/0, I get DCD up DSR up DTR up RTS up CTS down. The circuit is staying up but at times is quite slow. The serial cable has been changed from the WIC to the external CSU/DSU and nothing has changed. The CSU/DSU is a dual unit and the 2nd port is working fine. I am suspecting the WIC on the 2610 but would like some thoughts on this before I move on. Thanks

Hi

Before getting onto some replacement act on ur WIC Card if possible would suggest to do some troubleshooting on ur cards.

Can u get the normal working link onto the suspected wic card and check whether you are still geting CTS down ?

Also you can swap the cards between the slots and check ?

did u chek up ur line which is getting connected to the WIC card ?

i did face similar kinda probs few years back but that was with a E1 link and WIC-2T which we solved in coordination with TELCO.
