Cut-through-switching mode

Does the 3548XL support cut-through-switching mode.

As far as I know cut-through switching mode is supported by Cisco Catalyst 3548XL.

The Command used to configure the same is "cut-through [receive | transmit] ".

Cut-though is not supported on any recent hardware. Pretty much everything is store-and-forward now.

Older stuff like the Catalyst 3000 series (3000, 3100, and 3200) and probably the 1900 support cut-though. Todays ASICs are fast enough to not introduce any significant amount of latency.
