CV.Log filling up disk

customer hasa problem in that the CV.log file is filling up the disk. He has gone into Device Manager>Administration>CiscoView Server Setup and has unchecked both trace options and clicked OK, but the file keeps on growing. He has even rebooted the server after doing this and it is still there. He has also made sure that there is nothing set under Server Configuration>Setup>ANI Server>Debug. Is there something that got set that did not gety unset?

They have both RWAN and LMS loaded Version 5

Thanks.

Re: CV.Log filling up disk

If the traces are not turned on, the cv.log will now grow. Seems that the changes are not being applied correctly. In the mean time, you can use logrot script from: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=25401 to rotate the logs and keep them under limit.
