Hi all,
I installed CVM on top of CISCO Works.
I get an error when I try to log into the CVM interface: unable to connect to http://@IP:1741
I can't find the CVMdbengine in the process status window of CISCO Works, and I see many database access error in CVM log files.
I'm pretty sure my login problem is linked to this CVMdbengine process not started.
Any idea why I can't find it, or why is it not started?
Thanks,
Manuel.

What is the version of CVM and CW2K specifically CD-One?. Also what is the operating system and Service Pack?. Any other applications installed on the same server with CVM/CW2K?

CVM 2.1
CW2K CD ONE 5th Edition
OS: Win2000 Server SP2
Other applications: yes, but I had the same pb on a different server without any applications.
And I had no pb during the installation.
Can you tell me if this CVMdbengine process should be running on the machine (I can see the 3 other services running : CVM dbmonitor, CVM server and CVM poller), and if I should see it in the process administration page of CW.
And how to start it manually (command line ?).
Thanks,
Manuel.

CVM 2.1 does not support CD-One 5th Edition. It supports only CD-One 4th Edition per install guide: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/voicemgr/cvm2x/cvm210/ins_gd/cvmw_ins.htm So, you're using the wrong CD-One version which you need to fix first.

Thanks a lot !
BTW, it does not support the new 37XX platforms, and MGCP CCM-controlled gateways...

CVM 2.1 supports only the devices listed at:
