cw2000 acts funny while deleting vlans from trunk

Anyone seen this before? I deleted some vlans from a trunk (FE - 5500 to 5509) using CW2000 but the vlans stay in forwarding state on both ends of the trunk. (see below)

After this, good old cli command 'clear trunk 3/1 1-1005' doesn't help. Even dis/enabling the port (rebuilding the trunk) doesn't help.

The only thing that does help is in cli 'set trunk 3/1 168' and after that again a 'clear trunk 3/1 168'.

Is this a known problem?
