CW2000 Backups

I want to do a CW backup from CW/server config /admin/database mgt.

The location I want to save in is a network share. eg. I:\RME

However CW keeps coming back with the message that the directory does not exist and shd. be created. Can anyone tell me if my syntax is right?

P.S. I can do the backup successfully on another partition (same hard disk as cw) but not on a network why?

CSCdp48276. Try the following first on your test server only, though this is just a workaround not a solution:

1) Go to Settings ---> Control Panel --> Services

2) Stop the "Apache WebServer" service.

3) Click on Startup and select "This Account" radio button and select the user who have permission on the network drive.

4) Stop and start CW2000 Daemon Manager

5) Do the backup.

Make sure that the selected user have all administrative rights.

Thanks rmushtaq. I am quite certain you have given me the correct solution to my problem. However, I am stuck on the 3 line. Where or how do I get to this window that I click on startup and then "this account"?
