CW2000-RME, importing software from TAC through Proxy server

Hello,

I'm trying to populate the RME with Cat IOS images from the TAC. I keep getting stuck where it asks me for the proxy server username and password. I have no idea if this is an NT account password or something else?

I have RME 3.2 and supposedly it is possible with 3.2

It sounds like the proxy server is setup to authenticate. Make sure you’ve included your proxy credentials in your browser setup.

Go to Server Configuration->Setup->Security->Modify My Profile and enter the Proxy Login name and password (this is what your proxy uses to let you go out to the Internet).

For RME, goto RME->Administration->System Configuration->Proxy Tab. Enter the Proxy URL that you use in your web browser to access the Internet. It'll be an http:// address.

I have all configurations of my browser and the ANI server set up correctly, except,

The Proxy server logon name and password.

We use MS-Proxy server 2.0 and I still dont know what

the username or password would be?

Any ideas?

You’ll probably have to reset your password on the Proxy server or something if you don’t know it.
