CW2K MIB & Database Architecture.

I have a customer query on the CW2K on the following:-

1) Does Cisco MIBs downloadable Free of Charge?

I can't find any statement on the CCO that answer this question directly.

2) Can RDBMS like MS SQL be the CiscoWorks repositor, which is CiscoWorks proprietory database?

Other than Traffic Director or nGenius RTM which can use the external database like MS SQL, is it RME or other components can ultilize external database system to manage the informations collected?

3) Can CW2K be install in a multi-tier environment, like HPOV, which install in a HQ->Regional Office->Site Offices? So, the Regional Office CW2K will filter out some minority alarms and consolidate the major errors to be send to the HQ Office?

1) Yes, you can download the MIBs from http://www.cisco.com/public/mibs

2) If you mean that an external database can be used for CW2000 applications?, then, No.

3) You can install CW2K on multiple different servers, one for each site and if DFM is installed, it can forward traps to other NMS app like HPOV as well.
