CWDM with Catalyst 6509

Our company wants to deploy a CWDM network using Catalyst 6509 Layer 3 switches. The core will use OSPF as IP routing protocol. Can anybody help me to find out :

1. What Catalyst OS version to install ?

2. What Catalyst IOS version to install ?

Hi,

CatOS version 7.2(1) first supported the CWDM GBICs

NativeIOS version does not support CWDM GBICs yet
