CWW 6.0, Problem with user accounts

We have a problem with a CWW installation. Everything works fine as long as we only use the default user accounts. We can set thresholds with the threshold manager and configure ports with CiscoView. If we add a new user with the same rights as the default admin, all this does not work any more with both users, the new one and the default admin. The users seem to have only read permission.

The only way to get it functioning again is to install CWW new.

I cannot find a bug like that in the bug navigator. Has anyone an idea?

Have you checked that the users have the proper roles setup within CWW for the stuff that the user is supposed to do?

We set up the new user in "What's up Gold" : Configure -> Web Server -> Users -> add user.

We created a new user with password and added the map. In "Map level security settings" we gave that user all rights.

When we then test the user and start threshold manager, we are only prompted for RO community, not for RW as with the default admin. So we have only read account for all tools.

Where can I check the roles setup in CWW?
