I want to try and setup email alerts for any of uplinks on Cat3550 going down. There is no way to do this within threshold manager, but if enabled snmp traps on the switch it would report all the ports. Does anyone know a way of flitering this? I thought about filtering the traps within whatsup gold before it sends an email out, but can't seem to find correct place to do(I was hoping there'd be a file similar to CWLMS for notification properties).
If anyone can suggest anything at all, would much appreciate it.
