DDR to Backup Primary links

I want to configure 1750, and 2611 routers with serial A/S interfaces at the remote offices of my organisation ,using both Telenetics and Motorola Codex external modem 3266 to do a DDR to my central site having Cisco 3640 with Serial A/S interfaces and Motorola Codex external 3266 modems through analog telephone lines over PSTN.

The DDR is to be activated when the primary links go down, and the remote routers should be able to dial any free modems at the central office to bring up the backup links. The primary links are mix of both serial and Ethernet interfaces.

The routing is a mix of static and eigrp.

I will appreciate a sample configuration that will work in my case.

With all ye proffessionals out there, I know is not impossible.

Pls come to my aid quickly

Thank you

Wale

There are may ways to achive the backup of primary link using a dialup link. First, you need to evaluate that which scheme will fit the best in your network. Here is the link which will help you decide that,

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/123/backup-main.html

The same link has many sample config link for the scheme that fits the best in your network.
