Debug message

Can somebody explain to me the meaning of this debug output. I run this command: debug serial interface

Serial0: attempting to restart

HD(0): Deasserting DTR and RTS

HD(0): Reset from 0x30284F2

HD(0): Asserting DTR

HD(0): Deasserting LTST

HD(0): Asserting DTR and RTS

Serial1: attempting to restart

HD(1): Deasserting DTR and RTS

HD(1): Reset from 0x30284F2

HD(1): Asserting DTR

HD(1): Deasserting LTST

HD(1): Asserting DTR and RTS

Serial 0: attempting to restart - This message is displayed periodically if the interface is down. The hardware is then reset to hopefully correct the problem.
