two router connect by two vwic-1mft-G703.

AT A , DTU loop (BNC cable ),aT B , rOUTER e1 CAN UP , NO ERROR.

AT b, dtu LOOP (BNC CABLE ), at A , ROUTER e1 CAN up ,NO ERROR.

WHEN A, B CONNECT NORMAL(NO LOOP) ,SOME PACKET PING FROM ROUTER a TO rOUTER b MAY DROP ,some packet may success .

vwic-1mft-g703 use unframed .

what wrong may be ?

From reading your question my understanding is that, when you ping a router it pings successfully sometimes or drops sometimes.There could be various reasons why this could happen, may be you can check the following.

The link could be flapping, causing the packet to be droppped

There could be a routing loop
