default routing for voip?

Hi all,

when I implement dialing-plan for voip, if I want to config the number that had not config to route to a target. is the command "destination-pattern *" and then "session target ipv4:x.x.x.x" enough? Moreover, Is there any commands to explict define that the number that using is e.164 or other dialing plan? Thank You!

Re: default routing for voip?

Hi,

As I understand your question, you want a "voice default route"

(don't know number, length of number) to a CCM / GW / ...

You could use (just as an example)

dial-peer ....

destination-pattern [1-9]T

session target ipv4:x.x.x.x

for all numbers not beginning with "0".

A "*" is not a wildcard, but the "*" on the dial pad!

Cheers,

Martin
