Defining MTU sizes

Does anyone know how you define the MTU size of a Tunnel interface created on a 4503 layer 3 switch. We normally create tunnel interfaces on a 2621 and it allows us to define the MTU size but for some reason, we are unable to define it on the 4500.

Thanks for your help.....
