Delete Flash ios / filesystem not possible

Hello, I have upgraded a cat3550 with a new ios. During TFTP download, no question occurs 'erase the previous ios' or something like that.

Switch booted with new ios, ok. But I can't delete the old ios image.

Screenoutput:

Switch#delete flash:c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1

Delete filename [c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1]?

Delete flash:c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1? [confirm]

%Error deleting flash:c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1 (Is a directory)

I have upgraded dozen of routers and switches, never seen before.

Could anybody help ?

Issue a "cd c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1" and then do "dir flash:", delete any files in it and then use "rmdir c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-12c.EA1"
