I erase the IOS in Catalyst 3512xl with the next command:
Delete C3500-C3hs2s-mz-120-5.3.wc.1.bin.
I have saved this IOS
How i can recover this IOS.

I don't think you can undelete the file in an XL. Use the regular upgrade procedure if the switch is still up

If the switch has rebooted and in "swith:" prompt, recover the switch using the following steps
