from the console port login using hyperterminal or any other comms s/w. if required (good security) enter password type "enable" may ask for another password (good security). Then type "configure terminal" should get the hostname(config)# prompt. simple copy paste config file from this point. type "end" then "copy run start" if router is performing as desired. if not type "reload". sorry if too basic I may have missed point.
