Who can I deny telnet to my router?

apply an accesslist to your vty lines.

acces-list 1 deny any

line vty 0 4

access-class 1 in

But I use ACL extended, may I drop the vty 0 4 or what can I do?

Just type the following under 'line vty 0 4':

no login

no password

extended ACL just allows you to select the traffic based on source destination ip addresses. Infact when u want to deny telnet access, you dont need an extended accesslist.

No matter what access list you are using, the accesslist needs to be applied to the vty lines, to restrict telnet access to the router

you can also using the following command to disable telnet to your router:

conf t

line vty 0 4

no exec

end
