Determining what kind of memories installed without router disassembly?

Hi,

Please tell me how can I determine from IOS outputs the installed ram and flash module sizes. (2600s and 3600s)

I do not need the sum of them as it is shown in show ver, but info on each ram/flash slot. I guess there's some tech support output for this.

I need this to plan memory upgrade on routers which I don't have physical access.

Want to know about the flash size use "show flash: all". this will display your flash memory details
