Determining which bundle version customer has

Hi,

We have a customer whose server only appears to have CD One and RME on it, which means they could have LMS or RWAN (with not all components installed).

From the server info page we have :

Applications Installed

Name Version Install Date State

Common Management Foundation 2.1 Oct 1 2002 13:22 ENABLED

Availability Manager 3.3 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

Configuration Archive 3.4 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

Inventory Manager 3.4 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

NetConfig 3.4 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

Syslog Analyzer 3.4 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

Network Show Commands 3.4 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

Software Image Manager 3.3 Oct 1 2002 14:57 ENABLED

which looks like all the component parts of RME.

However under the Installed Packages section of the page we have :

ANI 4.1 Oct 1 2002 13:22 none ENABLED

ANI Device Factory 4.1 Oct 1 2002 13:22 none ENABLED

Does anyone know if ANI and ANI Device Factory are part of CD One, or if this implies we have had a copy of Campus Manager loaded on this box previously?

Ian

Hi Ian

ANI is associated generally associated with Campus Manager, however, I am not too sure about whether or not any ANI components will be installed during the CD-One install.

I would check this out by looking in the install logs. On Solaris these are located in /var/tmp/ciscoinstall.log or in Windows under the Cisco install directory. There will be a number of files with filenames of the form cw2000_inxxx.log, where is the number of the log

These logs will confirm whether Campus has ever been installed on the server
