Device Fault Manager - 'no inventory'

I have all devices in RME and Campus Manager. I have updated me 'seedfile'. None of the options under Administration Console/Inventory are available, they are greyed out. Any idea why I can't get any of these menu items?

'Administration Console/Inventory are available'-> Where?. in DFM?. What version?

Device Fault Manager > Administration > Administration Console, Under the menu item there are several options to choose, such as; "import from seed file" or "Add agent". All of these options are 'greyed' as is no devices are known. However, RME does have all the devices in it's inventory. I thought DFM polled RME inventory for a list of devices.

So you're saying that Import from Seed File option in DFM is Grayed out and you cannot click it?

Correct, all the options are greyed out.

It should not be grayed out if you're logged in as Admin. Try doing a re-install only for DFM if possible.

so, if I'm logged in as 'admin' those options are greyed out? which user should I be logged in as?

I tried reinstalling, but keep getting a message about the following files are locked;

c:\programe files\CSCOpx\bin\perl.dll

c:\programe files\CSCOpx\objects\perl5\lib\MSWin32-x86\auto\socket\socket.dll

I can't seem to find what's locking these files?
