DFM 1.1 NT Unregister and Reregister Adapter Deamons

Why DfmServer do not start after unregister and reregister process? Always it starts and then stops.

C:\>pdcmd -s DfmServer

Process= DfmServer

State = Administrator has shut down this server

Pid = 0

RC = 1

Signo = 0

Start = 01/11/02 01:46:09 PM

Stop = 01/11/02 01:46:09 PM

Core = Not applicable

Info = Server started by admin request
