DFM Administration Console is missing

We're evaluating DFM 1.1, and when I installed it, I only saw the Monitoring Console. How do I access the DFM Administration Console?

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

If you goto DFM drawer, you do not see the Administration folder at all?. Were there any installation errors?

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

No folders at all! The only program I see under DFM is the Monitoring Console. As far as I can remember, there were no error messages during the install. Can I just remove the DFM without impacting any other drawers and try to reinstall it?

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

This could be due to a bad install. Try doing a re-install of DFM only.

Just reinstalled DFM - to no avail. I am still seeing only Monitoring Console under DFM. Any other ideas?

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

Is this an Eval version of DFM?. What other CW2K apps are installed on this server with DFM?. Are they also all Eval versions?

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

This happens to be the production version of W2K. We have successfully installed and configured all other CW2K apps, such as RME, CM, CV and they're all working fine.

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

When you say that this is a production version of CW2K, are you trying to install this Eval DFM on top of a non-Eval CW2K?

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

Sorry for the confusion. All programs, including the DFM, are the production version.

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

Does the DFM install log show any error messages?

The DMF log is kind of hard to understand. The only error that I see is the following:

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

As an additional info, there was no Ciscoinstall.log file on the root of the C: drive. The above lines were taken from the c:\cw2000_in010.txt file.

Thanks.

Re: DFM Administration Console is missing

Seems that there may be some additional troubleshoting required here. I'd suggest that you contact TAC for this.
