dfm ids/idu installation problem

Hi,

I had dfm 1.1 as part of the lms 2.0 package (on w2k), but could not apply the dfm ids as it kept failing with an error during the file copying stage of the ids installation process.

So, I upgraded to lms 2.1, which has dfm 1.2. I have tried to apply the 1.2.1 idu, but still get the same problem. The files extract OK, cmf is re-configured OK, but then the installation fails when files are being moved :

"An error occurred during the move process : -113

File : c:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCAL~1\Temp\pft1F~tmp\data1.hdr"

I have tried disabling the AntiVirus. I am the administrator during install.

Anyone else seen/resolved this ?

Are you trying to upgrade or doing a clean install?. Try doing a clean install. What kind of Win2K system is this?

Hi,

The server is running W2K server with SP2.

I have un-installed DFM and re-installed it from scratch, but still had the same problem.
