DFM:Monitoring Console

Please when I get the message

InCharge Domain : DFM MSFC MSFC-x.x.x.x-16 PerformanceException - System is experiencing Port or Interface performance problems. On going to the Monitoring Console, it displays

IF:MSFC- x.x.x.x-16/17[VL111]

The 16 above is the second MSFC on the Cisco6509 Switch. But I do not know what the 17 means and there are nothing more in the show log or show logging buffer.

what exactly do I check.

If it's DFM 1.2, make sure that you have installed the latest IDU from CCO since in the past many of these Performance related exceptions were bogus alerts.

Unfortunately, I do not have a TAC software agreement. In there any other way I can make them aware of this?
