Hi. Problem with DHCP clients receiving Tcp/ip config with Secondary Wins Server being configured as the Primary Wins Server. Clients unable to resolve host names. Using Cisco CNR. Another client receives the wrong time from NTP Server.

By WinsServer, are you referring to the DHCP Option 44, Netbios name server option? Did you capture the DHCP server sending the server addresses in the wrong order?

Regarding the NTP issue. What device is the NTP server?

Is the NTP server configured with the correct time?

What is delta between the incorrect time being sent, and the correct time?
