DHCP RELAY AGENT ON 3550

Hi

I have got 2 (3550) working on hsrp with vlan 1 --vlan 14

I have got 28 edge switches (2950). uplinked to 3550's

Will my DHCP client on 2950 get the ip from DHCP server using ip helper address configured on vlan interfaces on 3550 and DHCP relay option configured on 3550

I intend to use windows 2000 dhcp server..
