DHCP Server in a 2621 Router

Two questions:

Does anyone know or point me to the right website on how to config a 2621 router to be a dhcp server. I can't seem to find a site for this.

Also how do I stop my interface on my 2621 router from being a dhcp-client?

Here the link to the 12.2 config guide. Everything about dhcp should be in there.
