DHCP Snooping : bridge packet get invalid mat entry

Hi,

I activated DHCP snooping on catalyst 3560 and since no station on this switch can't obtain answer to DHCP request. However, I trust the uplink port and I activated option 82.

When I debug for DHCP snooping, that's what I can see :

DHCP_SNOOPING_SW: bridge packet get invalid mat entry: FFFF.FFFF.FFFF, packet is flooded to ingress VLAN

Witch command I need to enter..?

What version of IOS are you running on this switch? Does it work without DHCP snooping? Does it work without option 82?

Yes it works without DHCP snooping.

...Yes it works without option 82.

... I'll check the impact to remove option 82

Ok, so if it works with DHCP snooping, and without option 82, that's probably the issue. Check and make sure that your DHCP server supports option 82, as many don't (including IOS DHCP server).
