DHCP Users always get same IP

We're using Cisco CNR for DHCP allocation on our cable network.

Users continually get the same IP address. Is there any way we can force a new IP address to be assigned when customers reboot their PC ?

We don't mind if the IP stays the same through lease expiry and renew, but if the customer is rebooting their PC anyways, it would be a good time to assign a new one.

Thanks,

You clould reserver the current in use adress and so be forcing a new adress after renewal. If done you could remove the reservation.

Well, this would work I'll give you that but it really isn't feasible in a network with 30,000+ DHCP clients. :P
