We have a cisco 2621router with an internal 8-port modem.
When we dial-in and gain access to the network we are not able to send a print Job or browse the network.
What can I do to correct this problem?

Pl. try to ping across first to see the ip connectivity..If you can't ping then we need to troubleshoot/debug the dialin connection for ppp related issues..like
debug ppp authentication
debug ppp nego

We do have connectivity, we are able to browse the internet, we have vpn connection to a remote site which host an application that we use and we are able to use this application when we dial-in.
We are able to ping.
