Dial-out with C3640 with E1 and Digital modems

Hi

I would like to find out if it's possible to IP dial-out via the Cisco 3640 with E1, Digital modems and EZ port redirection on the PC.

The cisco document http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/DialOutEZ.shtml refer to Analogue modems, would this work for digital modems as well ?

Hi Justin,

yes we use dialout on our 3640 running 12.1(5)T9 with NM-1CE1 and NM-6DM. Not sure if we use Dialout/EZ or the Cisco Dialout Utility but I guess that is not important.
