Dialup Internet browsing blocked

Installed with VPN client ver3.5.1, VPN 3000 Concentrator Series ver3.5.2. Just implemented and new to VPN where I Dialup to ISP, then connected to corporate network with VPN client. When VPN client connection established, I can no longer browse the Internet? Is this situation by design or has to do with my VPN configuration or perhaps ISP?

It would be the way the 3000 Concentrator is setup. It is not allowing for split tunnels.
