diff betw. RADIUS Attr. Tunnel-Client-Endpoint & Tunnel-Client-Auth-ID ?

What is the difference between RADIUS attribute 66 (Tunnel-Client-Endpoint) and attribute 90 (Tunnel-Client-Auth-ID)? They both seem to be used by the LAC to populate the L2TP hostname AVP?
