Hi does anybody know the difference between bearer capatiliy 0x88902148463B and 0x8890214846BB

(I know that 0x889021 should be V110)

Background: Hver Problems that v110 Callback is not running and the only difference I can see to the sample on CCO is the bearer cap.

In the sample log

bearer cap and lowlayer Compat

are 0x8890214846BB

in my case

bearer cap is 0x88902148463B

lowlayer Compat 0x8890214846BB

with Cause i = 0x82E4 - Invalid information element contents

Re: difference between bearer cap 0x88902148463B and 0x889021484

0x88902148463B is a Circuit Mode 64 Kbps

Asynchronous V.110 call with a user

rate of 9.6 kbps. 0x8890214846BB is

the same. In looking at Q931, it looks

like the high order bit should always

be 1 (ie 0xBB instead of 0x3B). You

may want to open a case with the TAC for

this issue, after you have verified that

you see the problem with recent code.
