Difference between the 2950 and 3550

Hi All

Can anyone give me an overview on the above switches. What is the differnce between the two. I know the 3550 can use the EMI and the SMI software images. Do both support mls or is it just the EMI software. Does the 2950 support MLS. Any guideline and advice here would be appreciated.
