Different ip pools for the same modem range

Hi All

I work in a large scale dial in company and the problem is that we want to assign for every customer a unique ip pools but we want all the customers to share the same modem pool( the same modems), every customer has a unique dnis , is there is any solution for that without assigning modems pools to every customer ?

Re: Different ip pools for the same modem range

I'm not sure if your customer is a single device or a group of devices, but in general this control is best handled via AAA. When the user connects, if it's a single user you can download a specific address (Framed-IP-Address) to them from your AAA server; if the user belongs to a pool of users, you can download a pool name to the user (Cisco-Avpair="ip:addr-pool= special"). The AAA server could use the username or DNIS to get the address(es).
