different OSPF processes in one router's question

In one router,I configure two ospf processes .I want to know if one ospf processes can know the other processes's routing information without redistributing ?

Nope.... You have to redistribute between them, and they will bring in each other's routes as externals.

Sorry--I've looked around, and I don't see anything on CCO that states this. The closest I can come is this:

Other than that, you'll just have to trust me.... :-) I'll ask Tim, the guy who handles the tech tips for routing on CCO, to make certain we put a reference to this someplace or another, probably the first document I referred you to above.
