How can I toggle the pipe to MORE in both IOS and CAT OS?

It seems that you want to have the output stopped at points rather than dump completely out. If this is correct then you can do a term length X where X is the number of lines to display. If X is zero, then it will not stop.

the equivalent in CatoS is "set length 0" or "set length X"
