Distributed Multilink Point to Point Protocol (MLPPP) on 7500 routers

TRYING TO MAKE 4 T1s APPEAR AS 1 6meg CIRCUIT. I am trying to setup MLPPP between a 7507 and a 7513. Both are running IOS rsp-jsv-mz.121-14.bin, and both have a PA-MC-8T1 interface card. I am trying to setup a connection using 4 of the T1 ports. The T1's are supplied out of a DS3 we own between the two offices that each 7500 router resides in. I had no problem setting up the T1 interfaces and their corresponding serial interface. I created the multilink interface and added the serial interfaces to the group. When I display all the parts involved they show to be up and the bandwidth of the multilink interface is the total of all the member serials. The problem I am having as that I can not ping the multilink interface. I do a show IP routes and I can see the interface IP in the route table. I can not ping the far end or the near end. Both routers are set up the same and both exhibit the same problem. I have tested the T1 connections and they appear to be good. The T1 lines are setup as ESF and B8ZS with clock from the DS3. I compared the configuration I setup to the example shown on the Cisco documentation and they are the same. I am looking for some help the making this work.

Thank you
