DLSw / AS400 and Printer Pausing

We currently have three seperate Frame Relay WAN's. Most traffic is DLSw from IBM Controllers to AS/400 via TCP/IP.

Problem: Recently, the print jobs sent from the AS400 pause until a key is pressed on a terminal.

This problem only happens on ONE of our Frame Carriers, not the other two AND this problem just now started (the WAN has been in place for three years). No IOS or Hardware changes.

In debugging I noticed that this line is missing (and DLSw Traffic stops) during a pause:

%DLSWC-3-RECVSSP: SSP OP = 10( INFO) from peer x.x.x.x(xxxx)

It normally appears after this line (which was there)

%DLSWC-3-SENDSSP: SSP OP = 10( INFO ) to peer 10.254.100.1(2065) success

What could the telco be doing that would hinder DLSw traffic
