I plan to uplink 2950C-24 switches to a 3550-24-FX, my supplier tells me that MTRJ-MTRJ (multimode) cables will do the job, but surely that puts tx-tx and rx-rx? do these ports auto-cross? if so, what about precedence ("you go first", "no, after you" etc)?. I'll be surprised if they do, but can't find any clarification in the .pdf's. Help please!
