Do we need to enable ip flow-cache feature-acceleration in order to get netflow and wccp2.0 work together?

After activating WCCP, the router starts to process the packets, instead of netflow switch them. This might be a configuration issue?

Use the command ip route-cache flow or mls netflow to enable netflow switching.
