Does any body know what's the difference between these two interface commands in 3550:

1. mls qos trust cos

2. switchport priority extend trust

mls qos trust cos - Classify ingress traffic packets with packet CoS values (don't overwrite). For untagged packets, use

the port default CoS value.

switchport priority extend trust - Set the IP phone port to

trust the priority received from the PC or the attached device instead of writting it to 0.

switchport priority extend trust is used to trust or set the IP phone port to override the priority received from PC or the attached device.

mls qos trust cos is used to trust cos of the device direclty connected to the switchport
