Does any body know the difference of these two commands in 3550?

Does any body know what's the difference between these two interface commands in 3550:

1. mls qos trust cos

2. switchport priority extend trust

Teru,

mls qos trust cos - Classify ingress traffic packets with packet CoS values (don't overwrite). For untagged packets, use

the port default CoS value.

switchport priority extend trust - Set the IP phone port to

trust the priority received from the PC or the attached device instead of writting it to 0.
