does NAT have default route?

does nat have a default route with ip routing is enabled even if you don't set one? or does the acl take care of that?

No, I'm sorry. The use of NAT is not directly related to routing. Without specifying a (default) route, you will only be able to route between connected interfaces. This becomes a different story when you are using a dynamic routing protocol of course.

ACLs are not meant to specify routes, they specify what traffic can be sent to a certain destination.
