Hi, I am running Frame Relay with ISDN as backup.
Assuming that a data transfer is done half way through Frame Relay and the Frame Relay breaks down.
My question is, can ISDN continues with the transfer without any additional commands ? Or the transfer have to be restart ? Appreciate for any advices.
Anthony.

If depends on the kind of transfer and how you have things addressed etc. This might be a good read:

This depends upon a number of factors, such as the Transport Layer protocol, application used, and the time required to fully bring up the backup link. Don't be surprised if the transfer will need to be restarted.
